LEE HARVEY OSWALD AND DAVID FERRIE:

David Ferrie 
Banister was involved in supplying and training anti Castro freedom fighters. And among his comrades was David Ferrie. A former Airline pilot who was involved in transporting anti Castro fighters to and from Cuba. Ferrie was also a member of the civil air patrol in the New Orleans area at the same time Oswald had joined that civilian service there. For many years it was wondered if there was any connection between Oswald and Ferrie. Recently this photograph has surfaced which would seem to bear that out.

Apparently: David Ferrie was also a pilot for Carlos Marcello, one of the heads of the underworld in the southern United States. Who Robert Kennedy had deported out of the U.S.

Ferrie had a rare skin disease and would wear false eyebrows and wigs. Among some of the eyewitness to the connections between Oswald and Ferrie. Were brought out during the Jim Garrison Trial of Clay Shaw in 1967. Garrison the district attorney in New Orleans brought forth Parry Russo who was a friend of Ferrie and clamed that at a gathering at Ferrie apartment he overheard Farrie, Shaw and Oswald discussing the assassination of Kennedy.

But at first Russo’s memory of the discussion was a little vague. And it wasn’t until he was administered sodium pentothal and under hypnotism that he recalled the discussion of the assassination.

INTERESTINGLY, Four days before David Ferrie was to testify, he committee suicide by blowing out his artery. (aneurysm) He also left a suicide note. So he must of had an uncanny sense of perception.

The medical examiner stated that the only trauma he seen was "On the inside of his lips."

While the legend "FPCC 544 Camp St. NEW ORLEANS, LA." Was stamped on some literature that Oswald had in his possession at the time of his arrest in New Orleans, extensive investigation was not able to connect Oswald with that address, although it did develop the fact that an anti-Castro organization had maintained offices there for a period ending early in 1962.

his letters to Mr. V. T. Lee, then national director of FPCC. In one of those letters, dated August 1,1963, Oswald wrote that an office which he had previously claimed to have rented for FPCC activities had been "promptly closed 3 days later for some obscure reasons by the renters, they said something about remodeling ect.

Lee Oswald had apparently tried to seek work at a near by mental institution, and was told his chances would be improved if he was registered to vote there. The witness said they saw Oswald in the line of a publicly funded voter registration drive. And that, two men he was with in a limousine look like Shaw and Ferrie. Clinton Is close to Lake Pontchartrain.

(Note: I believe Roscoe White was a Dallas Police officer and that a family member later found a box counting information linking him to Naval intelligence with the code name Tangerine. (check my links for more info))

Other witness to the Lee Oswald, David Ferrie, Guy Banister connection:

Michael Kurtz Ph.D, Southeastern La. University, Kurtz who has taught a course on the Kennedy assassination Has stated that in the summer of 1963 he saw Oswald and Banister setting together in a restaurant that was in the building at the 544 Camp St. address.

Also one of Banister secretaries Delphine Roberts stated that she had seen Oswald in Banister’s offices and that Banister had supplied an office in that building for Oswald.

According to Whaley:
you could have picked him out without identifying him by just listening to him because he was bawling out the policeman, telling them it wasn't right to put him in line with these teenagers and all of that and they asked me which one and I told them. It was him all right, the same man.

He showed no respect for the policemen, he told them what he thought about them. They knew what they were doing and they were trying to railroad him and he wanted his lawyer.
