There is not enough room in this Presentation to touch on all of Lee Oswald�s Contacts with people that were in some way connected with intelligence agencies.

Like the rifle found on the sixth floor of the Book depository, there are the smudged finger prints of the intelligence community all over Lee Harvey Oswald.

After the assassination and his arrest, the law officials who interrogated him made statement like, He was just a cool individual, He has not broke under interrogation, He answered only question not related to the case.
I believe there is a simple answer for this, He had a lot of practice.

Guilt by association is not and should not be reason to convict. However Oswald and his associations had to have cast a shadow of suspicion a mile long. ( LBJ Link below ) And the associations of Jack Ruby and His background was never fully explored by the Warren Commission ether by oversight or design.
If there ever was a smoking documentational Gun connecting Oswald�s and or Ruby�s actions the weekend of 22 November 1963, to any group, in all probability it has long sense vanished.

I believe that the conclusion and the thinking of the Warren Commission (W.C.) is best described by the HSCA, and is as follows:

The W.C. apparently had looked for evidence of conspiratorial association. Finding none on the face of the associations it investigated, it did not go further.

The W.C. was incorrect in concluding that Oswald and Ruby had no significant associations, and its finding of no conspiracy was not reliable.

The W.C. and FBI�s investigation into the possibility of a conspiracy was seriously flawed.

The FBI�s investigation was in all likelihood insufficient to have uncovered a conspiracy.

The W.C. failed to investigate adequately the possibility of a conspiracy to assassinate the President.

There was a high probability that a second gunman, in fact, fried at the President.

President Kennedy was probably killed as a result of a conspiracy.

the HSCA also looked at the insights of J. Edgar Hoover, the director of the FBI from 1924 until his death in the early 1970s and found:

Hoover�s personal predisposition that Oswald had been a lone assassin affected the course of the investigation.
