With the following Oswald sighting I will briefly describe the event, along with the Warren Commission ( WC ) and or the Hose Select Committee on assassinations ( HSCA ) assessments of it.

A bartender Evaristo Rodigueez, who worked at the Habana Bar in New Orleans claimed to have seen Lee Oswald in that bar along with a Latin-appearing man, in August of 1963.

And the description of the man was similar to that giving by Sylvia Odio, of the Latin who appeared at her door with Oswald in late September 1963.

Rodriguez' identification of Oswald was uncorroborated except for the testimony of the owner of the bar, Orest Pena; according to Rodriguez, Pena was not in a position to observe the man he thought later to have been Oswald

When present at Pena's bar, Oswald was supposed to have been intoxicated to the extent that he became ill, which is inconsistent with other evidence that Oswald did not drink Alcoholic beverages to excess.

This is an example of how the Warren Commission would continual attempt to etch in-to stone uncertainties as fact. And in this case they are ether purposely trying to misled or they haven�t even read there own report, witch includes this information:

While in Japan, Oswald was involved in an incident in which he spilled a drink on one of his sergeants and challenged him to fight. At the court-martial hearing for this incident, Oswald admitted that he had been rather drunk.

Pena, the bar owner, testified that in the early 60s, he was an informant for the FBI, and reported to Special Agent Warren D. deBrueys. And on several occasions he saw Oswald in the company of deBrueys and other Government agents in a restaurant.

Pena also stated that a few days before he went to testify before the WC, DeBrueys threatened him physically and warned him not to make any accusations against him.

And that one of the WCs. Counsels did not co-operate with him and did not let him talk freely, so he decided to KEEP HIS MOUTH SHUT.
