While the ballistics testing of the bullets only served to undermine the feasibility of the Single Bullet Theory ( and the validity of the bullet itself.) The Commission would still have the Zapruder film to try and make its case.

It was determined that the Zapruder film ran at 18.3 frames per second and therefore could be an exact timepiece for the events.  

According to the Warren report the two men were probably hit between Zapruder - frames 210 and 225.

This is during the time that the president and the governor where hidden behind the freeway sign, Because as the President reemerges from the sign he is already reacting to his wounds.

Governor Connally's account of what happened:

"Unquestionably when the first shot was fired I recognized it as a shot, I thought of nothing ells but that it was a rifle shot.

I turned to my right, I had time to think I had time to react and I turned to my right to look back over my right shoulder to see if I could see anything unusual and in particular to see if I could catch Him out of the corner of my eye."

Q: By Him you mean the.

"The President, Because I immediately thought of an assassination attempt the moment I heard the shot, I didn't see anything except just the general blur of waving, of people moving nothing really unusually.

I did not see the President out of the corner of my eye and I was in the process of turning back to look over my left shoulder and  had about come to the point where I was looking straight forward again when I felt the impact of the bullet that hit me."

"I am convinced beyond any question of a doubt that the first shot that was fired did not hit me, Then I was hit."
 

Now the Warren Commission believed that both men where hit at some point while they where behind the freeway sign, with the Governor suffering a Delayed Reaction.

The Warren Commission critics will say that that the Governor was struck by a deferent shot at about frame 234. (The Video will show they are much closer to the truth.)  

It appears to me that the physical evidence shows that the Governor is struck at frame 227 - 228.
( exactly at a point that the Governor described it. )

What physical evidence:
It accrued to me that if Governor Connally was struck in the right wrist then that wrist is the thing to watch for in the film, And as you will see in the video there appears to be a violent thrusting of that wrist at approximately frames 227 - 228.
( This is at a point after the President reemerges from the sign and is reacting to his throat wound..)

SO, When the governor was struck is another Major Controversy here.

First you should at least understand THIS:
The Warren Commission and it's defenders believe that both men where hit at some point while they where behind the freeway sign, with Governor Connally Suffering a Delayed Reaction, But as you will see in the Zapruder film They are WRONG.

GOVERNOR CONNALLY WAS STRUCK IN THE RIGHT WRIST BY THE SAME BULLET THAT ENTERED HIS BACK...

The evidence indicated that the President was not hit until at least frame 210 and that he was probably hit by frame 225. The possibility of variations in reaction time in addition to the obstruction of Zapruder's view by the sign precluded a more specific determination than that the President was probably shot through the neck between frames 210 and 225

Governor Connally viewed the film and testified that he was hit between frames 231 and 234.

Now you can either believe their technical mumbo-jumbo or your own eyes.

I severely doubt Governor Connally's wrist suffered a delayed reaction.

Some of my calculations:
( * The Zapruder film ran at 18.3 frames per second, weapon having a muzzle velocity of approximately 2,000 feet per second, President and Governor separation 3 - 4 feet, Time for bullet to travel ( 4 ) feet = 0.002 seconds, One frame = 105 feet traveled. )

IN MY THEORY, GOVERNOR CONNALLY WAS STRUCK AT ZIPURDER FRAME 228, And continued to hold on to his hat.
(This is two frames After the President emerges from the freeway sing AND IS CLUTCHING HIS THROAT.

( If Connllay is hit just 2 - 3 frames after the President This Proves Conspiracy, separate shots.)

And, In My Theory (if I may be alowed) it is the President that most likely suffered a slight delayed reaction 2 - 6 frames.

EVEN THE WARREN COMMISSION UNDERSTOOD THAT IF GOVERNOR CONNALLY'S ACCOUNT WAS CORRECT THEN IN ALL PROBABILITY THE SINGLE BULLET THEORY WAS INVALID.
